Hieu Pham is currently the sole owner of Rated Fresh clothing located in Denver, Colorado. Just like the U. S. president, Hieu wears several hats from the designer, the promoter, and the maker of the clothing. He started Rated Fresh as a clothing brand in the troubled neighborhood of Denver, Colorado back in March of 2008. Then opened up a store to the public on August 8, 2008.
Where does he get his inspiration? God. Coming from a troubled past and growing up in the low-income section of Denver, Hieu says "God has guided me through everything that I've done. The meaning behind the Rated Fresh logo is: God is my shield, His Word is my sword, and I am the Ace of Spade, the best card in His deck."

Rated Fresh is all about positivity. They try to stay away from all the crazy skull and death thing like some other brands. Rated Fresh likes to keep things simple & clean with a positive message in every shirt.
In the near future he would like to expand to New York or California and work with as many of our youth and the young generation as possible. "I want show them that if you work hard at pursuing your dreams, do what's right and stand up for your beliefs as long as they are ethical you will succeed."
