Sk3tchboii Lance, SKETCH ARTIST
All he needs is a sketch pad and a pencil to create a masterpiece. 18 year old Lance Rhodes better known as Sk3tchboii Lance is straight from the Dirty South. South Carolina to be exact. He started drawing since the age of 5 but became passionate in the 7th grade. He mainly uses pencil but loves to work with other medias such as paint, watercolors, and color pencil. He plans to one day open his own art exhibit/photography studio. Celebrities such as Trey Songz has commended him on his work.

NEEF FRESH, PHOTOGRAPHER GRAPHIC ARTIST
She is a 23 year old Photographer Graphic Artist hailing from BROOKLYN, NEW YORK! Neef is not your average photographer. Her darkroom is the computer. Coming from a family of photographers, her father has been taking pictures since she was in diapers. Neef's main inspiration is her brother who is also in the photography profession. She started photography July of 2008 and started graphic work January of 2008. Neef will soon be traveling the states with her camera and laptop. One of her stops is sunny California. Her resume includes a long list of people but just to name a few: Gail Scott (up & coming r&b singer, well known on Myspace), Master Shorty (Rapper from the UK), Eunice (Wild & Out Girl from season 3 of wild & out), Jessica Rich aka Rabbit (from Vh1's real chance of love).

Tai created the blog because there are many talented people in the world but no one knows their name. There are a lot of blogs and websites created that are only about the latest celebrity drama and status. This blog was created to promote the new, fresh, and upcoming from music artists, photographers, models, fashion designers, movie directors, and music producers.
Tai is the creator and sole editor of Under The Radar Society which was started in June 2009. She is 20 years old representing Long Island, New York. Currently a Junior in college, majoring in Marketing & Management and minoring in Information Systems. A quote that reflects her personality is "Everything I ever done was out of fear of being mediocre."
