F.L.O.W was born in nassawadox,VA. He didnt stay there long before his parents moved him to Long Island,NY where he always had a love for music but was briefly pushed back because of his athletic skills. Always very witty and clever with words but didn't start writing until the late age of 18. He was always very quiet about this passion of music he had,until he went to college where some friends forced him to rap and that unleashed everything that was bottled up inside. Now he's here ready to make good music for the world to hear. STAY TUNE ITS JUST THE BEGINNING!!!!!
